What is a “Lache” a very effective move, learning how to swing from one bar to another and even from a bar to a ledge or “Cat Grab”. This workshop will teach you the proper form and technique for completing some of even the most mind bending Laches’
What to bring? This is one of the only times we will recommend a pair of gloves you don’t mind destroying as an hour on the bars will begin to show.

Learn a crash course in Parkour! In this ever popular 2 hour workshop you will be learning all of the basics of Parkour in a Crash Course Fashion. Always lots of fun and great for all skill levels. This workshop is focused on Youth years 6-16 and is a great way to start in Parkour!
